What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit is a program aimed at SMEs and self-employed, of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, to accompany them in their digital transformation process with the use of European funds "Next Generation EU" within the Recovery Plan Transformation and Resilience.

This program has a total budget of 3,067 million euros, which will be implemented between 2022 and 2023, and companies that apply for it can use these funds to finance the procurement of digital solutions such as e-invoicing services.

In Sistema eFactura we are digitalizing agents of e-Invoicing solutions so we are accredited to sign collaboration agreements with SMEs and freelancers giving them all the necessary support.

Associated to each of the plans detailed below, this is what we will do for you:

The digital voucher

Requirements to obtain the digital voucher

Be a company or self-employed (between 0 and 249 employees).

Be registered in Acelera pyme and perform the digital test to your company (we explain it in detail below).

Once the grant is awarded, you will have 6 months to spend it on up to 5 services of 1 year's duration.

The subsidy covers up to 100% of the cost of the services.

The subsidy will be less than the minimum cost of implementing the package.

Comply with the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.

To be registered and have the minimum seniority established by the call for applications.

Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.

Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

Not to incur in any of the prohibitions foreseen in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Law on Subsidies.

Periodic backups
The solution includes periodic backups with the possibility of daily backups.
Generation of a billing record
Simultaneously or immediately prior to the issuance of each invoice, in a standardized format and guaranteeing the integrity, conservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and unalterability of the data that make up the invoicing record.
Issuance of verifiable invoices
The solution issues both paper and electronic invoices, which include the necessary elements for verification against the tax agency by the buyer.
On-site Verification (VERI*FACTU)
The solution allows on-site verification or sending of billing records upon request of the authorities as long as they are not sent voluntarily (VERI*FACTU system).
Responsible declaration
The solution has a responsible statement certifying that the software complies with current tax regulations.
Support Services
Training
It will provide the necessary information for the acquisition of basic knowledge for the initial and subsequent use of the solution. It will include, where appropriate, training in compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union and any other specific regulations that may be determined.
Service maintenance
For twelve months with the same scope as defined in Phase I.
Integration with other solutions
The solution has APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools, as well as allowing manual data loading.

Create invoices
Manual, PDF upload, UBL import, via CRM connection. Invoices can be created directly in Banqup or by importing a PDF or UBL invoice. UBL (Universal Business Language) is the standard format for electronic invoicing. It is also possible to link to CRM applications.
